Account info: name, email, company, password.
Configuration data: company URL, talking points, FAQs, branding you provide to configure your avatar.
Usage data: conversation transcripts, minutes used, demos created, analytics events.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, device info, cookies.

3. How We Use Information

We use your information to: (a) provide and improve the Service; (b) operate AI avatars on your behalf; (c) bill you and process payments; (d) communicate with you about the Service; and (e) comply with legal obligations.

4. AI Processing

To power conversational avatars, we send relevant configuration data and conversation input to third-party AI providers (e.g. Tavus, OpenAI). These providers process data under their own privacy and security commitments.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who help us operate (hosting, analytics, AI infrastructure, payment processing); (b) authorities when required by law; or (c) successors in a merger or acquisition.

6. Data Retention

We retain account and configuration data for as long as your account is active. Conversation transcripts are retained per your plan settings. You may request deletion at any time.

7. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, access controls, audit logs) to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; you use the Service at your own risk.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
