1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Demofi ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Demofi provides AI-powered avatar agents that can run product demos, qualify prospects, and engage with users on behalf of your business. The Service includes admin tools, conversational AI, and analytics.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any law; (b) impersonate another person or entity in a deceptive manner; (c) generate harmful, harassing, or fraudulent content; (d) attempt to bypass rate limits, guardrails, or security mechanisms; or (e) reverse engineer the Service.
5. Subscription & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. Minute-based usage above your plan's allotment is billed at the per-minute overage rate listed on your plan. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Customer Content
You retain ownership of the content you provide (company info, talking points, branding). You grant Demofi a limited license to use this content solely to operate the Service for you.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing avatar configurations and the content your avatar produces. Demofi does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated output.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Demofi and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Demofi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
