What counts as a minute?

We bill on actual conversation time — from the moment your AI Concierge joins a meeting until the participant leaves. We don't charge for setup, configuration, or idle time in the admin panel.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from your admin panel. Changes apply at the next billing cycle, and unused included minutes don't roll over.

Which video platforms are supported?
